The Click to Call service offers a number of features:

  • 14 day free trial. Some conditions apply.
  • Cheap fixed call rates to any Australian landline number.
  • Month to month arrangement - no long term contracts.
  • Only a small modification to your web site required.
  • Multiple destination phone numbers, selected by the number being dialled, so you can direct the call to the nearest regional office.
  • Define the work hours for your organisation.
  • Determine, for each number what action should be taken out of hours. This can be:
    • Always dial  the number
    • Show the Unavailable graphic
    • Dial a different number
  • Upload your own graphics for 'Available' and 'Out of Hours' to better match the look and feel of your web site.
  • Option to email you details of the number being called.

  • Ban nuisance callers or IP addresses.

  • "Leave a message" prompt when a call is attempted out of hours
