How does it work?
The customer enters their phone number and clicks the link. Their number is called, and once connected, they are played a short "Please wait" message while your nominated phone number is dialled. When your phone is answered, a message is played to you announcing a website caller, then the customer is connected.

What happens after hours ?
Through your online account set up, you can have our system show an offline logo on your website, indicating the service is not currently operating, or you can have it dial a different number.
What if I have offices in different states ?
You can do number matching on the customers phone number so that the "local" office is called.*
How much does it cost?
For A$4.95 per month, you can set up 1 destination number. Additional numbers are just $0.99 per month.
Each call has 2 parts:
- connection to the customer entered number
- connection to your designated number
The minimum call cost is $0.50, however the cost will vary depending on the types of number used for each part of the call.
